I watched the boxing and saw Andys interview, great match.  I must admit Scott Harrisons training is horrendous, this is the guy that wanted to take Andy for a run up Ben Nevis with rocks in his rucksack.  Andy would be daft to even try it, very sore on the knees to even just walk up it.

Ben Nevis is beautiful though. Any opportunity to go there should be taken!

Ben Nevis was the first munro I ever did, it looks impressive from the town or if you're looking over from another hill but it is the most boring hill I've ever gone up, once you get up so far all the grass and trees disappear and it turns into a winding path, the views are spectacular if your lucky enough to get the top clear.

Anxious challenging? Very Happy Andy, such a suttle description! Wink
I went on a geogrpahy field trip there.. we had one girl with a broken leg, and a couple of people that couldn't move on the second day  Think
Definitly a load of hard work, although i love wildlife, so as long as it's fresh air, im cool with it! Smile

yea!  [-( well.. if im being honest it happened at night, and happened because of stupidity! ..baisically we were staying in tents, and my tent (4 girls) decided to go.. well into the bushes, yanno.. personal needs  flush Very Happy
And one girl was giving a piggy back to another. they tripped over some tree stalk or something. No torch, totally dark and the obvious consequence.. accident!  Anxious

Yeh....no torch and piggybacks = broken bones.

We might be going to the Alps in a geography trip next year...and some of the lesser peaks might appeal to us. I think Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn are for real experts.

Yep.....I completed bronze last year...and I'm doing the Silver this year. It's a bit harder

I thought that was a Scottish scheme but obviously the whole UK must get it

Ahhhh...foot and mouth. I can remember that. You weren't allowed anywhere in the country and my dad knew a farmer who filed for bankruptcy due to it.

So that must mean you are about 18-21...am I right eira???
