So let's say you see an image on a website that you'd like to use in your post. And the URL of that image is this:
http://img.pr0gramm.com/2012/04/fllmjr.gif
Now to insert it into your post, all you do is place IMG tags around it like this,
[img]http://img.pr0gramm.com/2012/04/fllmjr.gif[/img]
That's it and much easier than saving the file to your computer and then using the attachment feature
