You can bring back what you want these days. We usually dissuade one of our kids from coming on holiday so we can get more wine in the car.
Ah, that sounds like a case of child abooze.

I know I'm paranoid. But am I paranoid enough?

Must have greased a lot of big palms to get through customs.
I thought that big palms thing was a reference to the big hands thing earlier. I thought you were being clever with the grease thing, although I did feel a bit queasy.

Yeah, unless you're repeatedly coming back with vanloads of the stuff (Customs would expect you to pay duty), you can import what you like.

The best stuff we always bring back is called Sire de Beaupre. This is amazing sparkling white wine. It probably compares in quality to Moet. You can get it for a fraction over a euro a bottle. It's pure nectar and has quite a cult following.

Yes, I noticed the cheeky edit.
Anyway, are you not breaking the house rules? Or are you an afternoon guzzler?

Yeah, love a bit of ELO.
I can see that time differences could pose a threat to the cosy pub idea.

I seen ELO about 20 years ago in Edinburgh. They were playing in the Usher Hall and the sound was stunning! I was a wee lad and did fall asleep, but I can still remember everything sounding spot on to the albums.
