Who cares about health? I cant do half the stuff I do if I slept during the night. Watching sports and talking to you people two of them. But at the risk of your health? Seriously.... it's not good, you'll get soo over-tired that you won't be able to do everything to the best of your ability! I have problems sleeping - i rarely get more than 5 hours sleep - but i don't deliberately stay up all the time - it just messes everything up. |

I practice "split sleeping".
Thats my own term by the way. I get an hour or two of sleep whenever I feel tired. I sleep three or four times like this everyday.
