Yup... that's my day job. 
I have to say the guy who came in at the end didn't approach her correctly.  We are taught non-aggressive stance/behaviour when we have to deal with aggressive/out of control students.. absolutely NO finger pointing... avoid escalation and keep other students safe.  Sometimes we just don't know what we are dealing with.
We've had our school on lock-down twice last semester.
