backtotopic
I tihnk after browing both IE and FF, I have decided that the version that Mark gave me, FF, is much quicker. I'm sticking with this one for the moment, but have my IE to turn back any time.

If you do a lot of browsing you might want to download the 'IE View' extension which allows you to right click on a website and load it up in IE. This is needed when a website is poorly coded and therefore does not work correctly in FireFox. All websites should work in FireFox if coded properly.

Oow right, thank you.
You know, I'm not able to get the hotmailtoolbar in Fire Fox, perhaps that has something to do with that?
I will install the IE view, thanks!!!

No idea. If you're more specific I'm sure someone can help.

it takes a while to load up and sometimes you have to wait before typing in the search request it usually says firefox not responding at top of screen so to be honests its very irritating

That's just a general PC issue... you may have spyware on your computer that could be affecting Firefox specifically.

Scan your PC with 'Spybot Search & Destroy' and also 'Malware Bytes', both are free to download.

I use FF 3 with an add on called  "IE tabs"  this allows a tab to use IE display but controlled by FF. Result is I have better security and add on versatility than IE but can have the appearance of IE on one tab and FF on the next.

IE Tabs is one of my favourites but only because I'm a web developer. I rarely need to load a website in IE to get an improved browsing experience.

Can you get Add-ons in IE?

I've never used it, bet it doesn't have a Mario theme!

Firefox has addons because it's open source but Microsoft is not hence the lack of third party extensions.
