It was a group permission thing.

Moderators can now use attachments.

The old MW had it so it automatically uploaded to one of thost image hosting websites where as now it uploads directly to our own server.

Because I didn't know it had to be set as a permission and then when I set it for 'Regular Members' for some reason I assumed it was set for 'Global Moderators'. search me
