Yep.. ok try following these instructions.. see what the out come is! - find a photo/image you like a save it on your computer - go to tinypic.com and press browse - find your piccy that you saved and double click (it should appear) - then click upload - let the page load and then copy the text in the "link" box (it's the first out of 4 options) - then go to your profile (on MW) and paste that text into the avatar box.... - and press submit! Should work If not.. let us know! edit: the URL doesn't work in my post so i deleted the tags

If that doesnt work for you, the way i use is to right click on an image, click on properties and copy the link that comes up in the properties window-thing.

It works as i have changed my avatar pic using the instructions Fantastich! This whole tinypic thing sounds quite confusing.. but it's how normal photos are uploaded onto the board.. only using the URL instead of the LINK code.

Also would it work by saving pics and uploading them into a photo bucket account ?

What Laura said ^^ ...But if you use Julia's method you have more control over the image, you can resize etc.

Depends if you want to make your own avatar.. then you have to do it through a photo hoster online! (e.g. tinypic)
