I googled and got this. This is shareware though and I dont know how effective it is. There are certain softwares which can convert any type to any type, but I cant remember the name. Maybe John or someone can help you. Anyway:

http://www.brothersoft.com/mp3_audio/rippers_encoders/imtoo_psp_music_suite_39090.html

This is the description:  Powerful in function - This suite can convert MPEG, WMV, ASF, AVI, QuickTime, MPEG4; 3GP, DV, Real Video, Animated GIF, Macromedia Flash to MP4 and convert MPEG Audio, WMA, WAV, AU, MPEG4 Audio, Real Audio, OGG, AAC, Raw AC3, NUT Open Container Format to MP3.

Wohaa.. Arka.. that's a veeeery long way to do it! Wink

iTunes.. if you have it that's a great start! Wink
Open the MPEG4 file in iTunes (or if you have it in your playlist already just select it)
Then go to "Advanced" in the toolbar and select "convert selection to MP3"
You'll need to wait a bit until it converts the file [for a 3 minute track it should take around 10 seconds]
And the same track but in MP3 format with appear above/below the original.

MP3 is a common audio format so it's easy to work with!

Off topic post:

Speaking of ipods, pretty pleased with mine today. It gets plenty of usage being that I spend at least 2 hours a day on the bus going to and from Uni as I have mentioned before elsewhere. So it usually lasts the week, the a little bit more in the car on Saturday when I drive to soccer or tennis or whatever then I charge it on Sunday.
Forgot to charge yesterday so when I got on the bus this morning and turned it on it took a while to come on and then there was no charge showing. But somehow it managed to last the day, gave me a good 2 hours running on nothing. Lol, great stuff.

Lol, the batteries are great! I have an iPod Mini - and when i'm in school for a full week - I, like you travel up to 2.5 hours a day - listening to my iPod pretty much al the way. And then i only have to charge it once a week, on Sunday, even when i've used it again at the weekned! Great stuff!  :P
