Indeed. It's a poxy ISP tbh.
We got an email the other day saying our download speed has only been performing at 77% and they are giving us a month's refund.
FFS, don't just give us a refund, fix it so it goes at 100%!

Refund is good, but they don't say anything about fixing the problem aswell.

That's not a stupid question at all but because the website hasn't actually moved server then both old and new DNS records go to the same IP so he should be fine. But those with ISPs that update quickly had a DNS record that went to nothing because the service was down/hacked.
