Yeah, I was worried that without the 'still' some people would read it and say, "Er, this website thinks this is news? We already knew he was waiting after US Open".

It's not ideal I know but don't know of a better alternative.

I've made an edit, hopefully this makes things clearer for the reader:

Andy Murray has received several coaching proposals since firing Miles Maclagan but he will stick by his original intentions of defering a decision until after the US Open.
