Aaah... How come my IP changes? Okay, I'll let you know if it happens again. Is it possible I can talk in shoutbox as Dentie and he only does it to the poll, or can he only either recognize me in both or in none?

Who's "he", the computer/server?

The shoutbox is purely based on whether you are currently logged in at the message board, has nothing to do with IP detection like the poll does.

I'm sorry, "he" was referring to the server, I think.
It hasn't happened again since this afternoon so that's good.

I haven't actually done anything since your last post. However I did enable cookies on the poll recently but you then posted after saying it changed nothing. I hope it continues to work for you.
