A member has recently removed a huge number of posts from this forum for no apparent reason.

Please know that the delete function is there for mistakes and going on a deleting spree will be considered vandalism of this forum.

The posts that were deleted by this member will eventually be reinstated for the sake of the current and future members.

I'm guessing this is just a "from now on" thing?  Because I know I've deleted several posts in a thread with an arguement (not that theres any need to reinstate them now anyway).

This was much more serious than removing the odd post, the member in question has removed possibly over a 100 posts all in one go. I now have to spend a lot of time reinstating all the posts.

EDIT: Make that 1281 posts!

So, you've removed the delete option now eh?  Never mind, I think I've only used that once and just the other day - posted something and then realised what someone was talking about, so my post wasn't really relevant.
