Just as I was replying to you, I got a status update from CloudFlare saying they had an issue with people routing through their London datacenter.

Hence why I deleted my post Smile

To take a screenshot:

Press the 'printscreen' button your keyboard - located next to the F12 key. On British keyboards anyway, not sure if the Canadian ones are the same? If not, google it.

It will probably be called 'Prt Scrn'.

This will take a screenshot of your current screen. Open up Paint and click paste. Save the image. Then attach it on here as with a normal image.

Good to know Canadian keyboards are compatible with Brit kb's. Very Happy

Don't think I'll be able to take a screenshot as my buttons aren't functional.  Just tried pressing print screen and nothing happened.  Let's hope it won't be necessary.

Do not know where to post this, but for the last four days I have been trying to change my avatar, and everyday I come back on it still has not changed, I have changed it in the past quite a few times, but now don't know what the heck is going on!

Almost always the problem is the file size of the image is bigger than 1mb.

Make sure it is smaller than that, upload again. Tell me and I will clear the server cache to see if it worked.

Markus, I've tried updating mine too but to no avail.  Says the size of the file is 7.30 kb and I've managed to upload on to FB no problem confused

It worked fine, Bev.

Did you wait 2 hours until hard refreshing? The server takes that long between cache cycles.

I've emptied the cache now so you should see it when you refresh next.

I changed it days ago but nothing Frown

I still had my Team GB logo.

Never had any problems before.

So are you saying that when I go to bed shortly, and get up in the morning, we should be all good?
