What did the error say? Did the error page have a CloudFlare logo?

I didn't get an error page, Mark. Can't speak for anyone else.

It was just incredibly slow. I opened different tabs and re-tried, but still had same problem.
It didn't last long, but we were all having the same issue and we are all in different countries.

No worries.

No cloudflare logo for me.  I think that the message was it was unable to connect to the server.  I was on my tablet thingy by then and know not how to screen print and send to you retard

Yesterday,Jan 9th I could get into the site to read the posts but not to the quick reply section.
 I tried the help section but all I could get was a"we already have a benniebone"
   In the end I tried to rejoin with a different name ,password etc but that did'nt help I was continually told that I was Benniebone Finally I tried using benniebone but with a different password and ureka I was accepted back to the fold
  However I,m still getting  a pink stripe, in which is inscribed that this message is considered suspicious by the smart checker.

 However the thought of being locked out just before the Aussie Open was and is so horrendous Ill put up with the pink stripe I've not been considered as a threat to anyone for years!!

This is the first I've heard of a pink stripe and smart checker.

Have you recently installed any firewall or antivirus software that might be interfering with your browser?

A screenshot of the warning would be helpful or if you can't do that, an exact copy and paste of the error.
