As I now know the unread issue is due to the caching software. I'll re-enable and experiment a bit.

So just ignore any unread issues for now.

MW has been really slow for me for the past half hour or so.  Any particular reason, or is it just one of those things?

I don't know of any reason. I'm not noticing any speed issues on my end.

Now that's odd, because I've just discovered I'm not having this problem on IE, only Chrome.

Yes, that certainly is odd.

Check your installed extensions for anything dodgy.

What's your user name on MTF

I am not a member - have never been. I just browse from time to time but I don't like it most of the time. Very amateurish and very rarely has any good discussions going on.

But I do know a lot of posters from MTF. There are some here like yourself, Gangsta, Clydey etc. and some more perhaps? And I also know Clay Death very well (we go way back) and his whole gang including the new Mod Enrique at MTF. While there are some really good posters there, the majority of the posters make it really a bad place.

So don't go there.  It's not really rocket science.  I'm just Elly and on MW - Very Happy

Only once in a blue moon I go there and only to read some posts after a good match of Andy's and would like to see what other people are saying about the match, but then you come across some other stuff that you don’t want to read and makes you wonder about things etc.  But I agree, it’s not worth it. I like being here. Too many forums are just too much chaos.

I think you just have to do what's right for you.  Getting upset about stuff isn't worth the bother.

Can we have a Sound Off thread and/or a Shout-out thread? Would be fun as long as people don't take this to a personal level and tell each other off! lol

Well, a sound off is when you want to send a message out to the world without fearing or hesitating too much so they tend to be open and free messages by nature. Typically these are general messages based on personal feelings, beliefs, opinions etc. and aren’t directed at anyone in particular.

A shout-out is more direct and can be personal. Let’s say you like someone or like someone’s post, then you can give a shout out to that person or that particular post. Can be all sorts, really. They are usually fun.
