A counter puncher like Andy always fights back.

For a few weeks now , I have been receiving emails from MW whenever I was in the forum and sometimes even without having been there. So my email account is crowded with notifications (?). Yet, I have not found the right button to put an end to it. Can anybody help me with this problem ?

You were subscribed to a lot of forum topics. I've now unsubscribed you.

In future, you also are able to do this by clicking 'Profile' at the top and then 'Notifications' on the left.

Thank you for your prompt help. I have tried it on the profile page and thought everything was fine with clicking "receiving nothing at all". Obviously not the right button. Now I know better and look forward to Andy's first performance on grass today.

That should have stopped them coming, strange.

There is a list of topics that appear on that page and you can tick the box next to them and say unsubscribe. That's all I did.

Not really. Hotmail are just being so annoying with this. Basically I don't think they trust us yet on this new server. They want to build up a profile based on the number of people who assign emails as not junk.

The actual verification we have appears to be setup correctly as Google accepts it:

Received-SPF: pass (google.com: domain of [email protected] designates 96.8.123.122 as permitted sender) client-ip=96.8.123.122;
Authentication-Results: mx.google.com;
       spf=pass (google.com: domain of [email protected] designates 96.8.123.122 as permitted sender) smtp.mail=[email protected]

Some of mine suddenly did that today as well - though not all which made it even more weird.

I'm on a forum where there is an ignore feature and it just leads to so much nonsense. People getting confused by broken conversations, others pretending and threatening to ignore.

I am sure not everyone will use it. The option should be available IMO as it gives posters more options but of course, the decision is strictly yours.

Sorry for few minutes of downtime there... did not expect database optimisation process to take so long.

Seemed like a CloudFlare issue at the time.
