No you misunderstood. It was an online thing on their website. I submitted a detailed description of my problem last Sunday and was told I would receive a response within 1 business hour. Of course I didn't expect a solution that quickly but I didn't think it unreasonable to expect to at least get an automated "Thank you for your enquiry, our support staff will review your problem and respond accordingly in the next ...days" or something. But nothing.

Aaaaah. I see. Same concept though, people never help you out when they need to, even when it's their job.
