There's only one Andy Murray,
There's only one Andy Murray,
He's got a big wage packet cos he's great with a racquet,
Walking in a Murray wonderland.

For a set and a bit I was nervous doh fainting and that one rally/shot turned the game on it's head! (My cat will be a little wary now about sitting on my knee)

Brilliant stuff Andy! clap

I agree Bev.  I was nervous for 1.5 sets until Andy fought back.

It is good to see that Andy now has variety in his game to go for the attacking option when he needs it and not be forced on the defensive all the time.

Glad to see Andy 'kept his heid'  yay His Gran said when Andy was having to fight back she would walk round her sofa!  The carpet must have been worn out after that first set!  The rest of us were hiding behind our sofas I think!

Courage isn't absence of fear but mastery of it.

Wow, look how green his eyes are!!!  But other than that its a terrifying pic.
Looks like a dentist's paradise!  Those eyes tell me a lot, and it's positive.     Smile

Incidentally the yell which he let out with it has become known as the Highland roar.  More of this on Sunday, please ... and from the crowd as well.

Apparently Granny was a pretty good tennis player in her day, so should know what it's all about.  Story goes that superstition has seen her banned from his matches because he's suffered some misfortune in the three she did attend.

Murray beat up on a knee-busted Nadal and a wore -down Clic who ran out of gas...Federer the old will rest only 1 day...if Murray does not  win now what a tradegy!

The Beeb replay started with the now famous yell so can't comment on earlier performance but from what I saw, Murray delivered the goods very satisfactorily.  Come on the lad!

Never, ever under-estimate Federer, who btw is only 28, which isn't exactly geriatric.  Sunday should be fascinating edge-of-seat stuff.

While wanting to congratulate Andy on his latest achievements in Australia, I must say I find his facial mannerisms highly embarrassing.  Just take a look at the photograph on the front of today's Daily Mail, you will see what I mean!!  He looks like an imbecile!! For goodness sake someone tell him to behave like a normal person, and stop punching the air too. It makes him look so grotesque. He does not need to do these things to make us appreciate that he is a good tennis player. None of his opponents are so embarrassing to watch!!  JK
