That is a negative.

I have been here almost since the beginning when Andy was in the Challengers. I don't manage to post much due to time restrictions, but all I can say is that this site has always been run in the most professional  way. It's refreshing that we don't see f'ing and other bad language here and there does seem to be a village like atmosphere. I hope Andy will rubber stamp the site as his number one choice.

Don't go reading Andrew's comment on the Simon match report, then.

From what I understand that forum was a bit elitiste I could never access it.

It was public access but the elitist part was the moderators. I felt their approach was too authoritarian, was quite uncomfortable to watch.

I had to keep away from this forum after a couple of months as it became too negative.  I don't know what is about Andy but I love watching him play whatever the result.  So with lots of new members on the forum I hope it becomes a more positive read.

I would like to offer a defence of AM.com.  It wasn't elitist, it was extremely friendly and swearing was always deleted.   OK it led to some heated debate about Andy, his future, his coach, etcetc but it was healthy debate.

I look forward to being here with you all but let's not knock AM.Com - most of us were genuine fans  !

My opinion of the moderation approach was based on around a year ago so maybe things improved since then.

It was a tad.  I got a warning for calling Soderling 'the Sod'.  It was offensive apparently. Someone should tell Judy as that is what she calls him.

I still loved am.com though.  Some really fab people on it.

That's just ridiculous.
