I still don't quite believe it. Looking at that scoreline it doesn't feel real. Did that really just happen? It all seemed a bit surreal.

Wow, what a great win, I'm really happy.  He demolished Smug Fed.  I just wanted to say Fed's fans are smug too.  Saw a banner on court saying, Roger the Gold's yours,  this is just a formality!!  Bet they are feeling very stupid and a lot less smug now.  A U.S. Open win is just around the corner.

Wow that was incredible! I still can't quite believe that scoreline! Federer did not like that comparison between the 20 minute games in this final and at Wimbledon in the on court interview but he was mainly gracious today so I'll let him off ... for now.  Whistle

I have never seen Andy play this well (mind you I've mainly only seen him in the grasscourt season) before today and was so proud as he held nerve and held serve to close out the match. Hope he has silenced the doubters now!

Roll on the US Open...  yay
