I'd like to be impartial, but I can't!

Watched the Rafa-Verdasco match, Verdasco should have won he gave it to Rafa. I really thought this was his time to beat Rafa. Oh well at least Rafa was out in the heat for three and a half hours!

Very glad Andy won. He still manages to lose his concentration and against other players during a match. I wonder if he has ever tried meditation, perhaps this would help to focus his mind. No harm in trying.

why not L.B. i have heard a lot of sports people use meditation and hypnotherapy, not sure if Andy would be up for it?

Andy still hadn't quite got his free movement around the court yesterday but he made it through with some conviction so hopefully its onwards and upwards. Cant believe that he is first on again today - does he never get the late match ? However, Simon did play late yesterday and a tight 3-setter so that may just be in Andy's favour. He knows how to win against Simon COME ON ANDY

No, it's clear they see it as the big 3 + Andy who has to make do with first on and yesterday a side court (amusingly written up by Kevin Mitchell of the Guardian - see link I posted earlier). I guess it doesn't help combining the men's and women's tournaments as it increases the competition for the main court and prime time. That said I certainly agree that it does Simon no favours that they're on early.

You're right Ruthie.......He's better off where he is today I think, with the early match! No doubt he'll be on centre court later in the week!
