Hi All,
I woke up at 6 this morning (slept really well, which was weird when I knew Andy was playing

) and saw the second and third sets. As predicted by some of us, Andy was playing some lovely stuff. You can never tell I suppose, but does anyone else share my feeling that his form is building nicely? He looked good out there today in what I saw. My heart was in my mouth a bit when he was broken serving for the match the first time, but no bother. I love how he regroups now and gets on with it. I'm sure that's made as much difference to him now as any improvement on any shot.
I heard about the first set dip, I didn't see it. I think it's all right, I really do. I mean, I'd prefer him not to dip, but I think how he reacts if he does is more important. From what I saw it looked like he regrouped and took the match, and the opponent, firmly by the scruff of the neck and really didn't let up.
Andy was great in his interview, both on court and with Crofty. Good to know he is going to try to practice under the lights on Hisense before the semi's, to get a feel for the night matches. That's the way, don't let the buggers grind you down kid. That said, he didn't seem bothered about the schedule issue, but even those of us who are/were annoyed knew he wouldn't be.
Given that Andy's form has lifted, and that the delightful Tsonga (I like him anyway, but he gets a gold star today

) has given Federer a workout, and I have backed Andy to win the tourney, I'm quite looking forward to the semi's. Go on Andy!
