Andy Murray is through to the semi-finals at Doha after beating Ukraine's Sergiy Stakhovsky 6-4 6-2.

Stakhovsky was at first a worthy opponent for the Scot but at the end of the first set he appeared to suffer from fatique. Murray was able to clinch the set 6-4 in 41 minutes

In the second set Murray upped his game, and with the help of some impressive lobs and drop shots, he eased through the set taking the match 6-4 6-2.

Murray will now face Roger Federer in the semi-finals on Friday.

No real bother.....i think andy gets bored easily and lets his opponents(some opponents) get some steam up just to test himself....or maybe its wishful thinking on my part. Think
