I'd like to be impartial, but I can't!

Andy's seeding says he should reach the final.  Do you think he can do it?
Yes he can in my opinion. I really hope it's Andy's year.

He can certainly do it,
But he could also be knocked out before of course.
If he does make it i hope its his time or he at least really goes out fighting.
If it is another AO 11 or 10 implosion, I might check out for a while as Andy's inability to play his best when it really matters will probably have done a number on me.
Still there is a long way to go.
Lets hope somebody takes out federer as a final against Novak will make Andy less nervous.

Bad loser , shame it now takes away Andys good win !!! Can anyone tell me how Fed could be number one if he wins Wimbeldon , he got to the quarters last year so has to protect those points and Djoko has to get to the final as well, but how does he frog leap Dojko??????

This table   http://live-tennis.eu/   shows points at the moment with lasts year's Wimbledon taken off, and points for this year so far already added. So if Djoko went out in SF or before and Fed wins then Fed would be No 1 (I think!)

Thanks John. This caught my eye:
"..I do like a bowl of porridge on the morning of a match. I'll eat then get my kit together and head in."
When I first read it, I thought he said "kilt.".. lmao

And this..
"My aim is to win the title and I'll do everything I can to achieve that."
As if there was any doubt. Good luck Andy! clap

If you look at the link it shows max points for Andy is 8260 (if he won), so he would still be in 4th - Nadal has 8905. It's theoretically possible for Ferrer or Tsonga to overtake him, but that's not going to happen

I think Nadal will be 3rd whatever happens, so won't be in Andy's half for a bit

HOLY CRAP CUTENESS ON BBC RIGHT NOW

Shots of Murray with a small child hugging him for about ... 10 minutes.
Andy grinning. Castle says "Is it Kim?" If it is, she's behaving very inappropriately in public.

I'm sure that's one of his young cousins that was hugging Andy.

Murrey played well against Karlovic. Onwards and upwards. Very Happy

Don't want to get ahead of myself but the draw certainly seems to be opening up for Andy. Nadal out and now Raonic too (although if he had made it through I think Murray would've won because Raonic, to me at least, doesn't look like a particularly good rallyer on grass. He breaks down a lot in them). Very Happy

Andy has twin cousins and they are in Wimbledon. The little girl is one of the twins.

Thanks for the info Michelle.  Strange, but I suppose not unusual, that there's such a big age gap between them.  After all one of my cousins became an uncle at the age of two!

Yes, definitely, since his main hurdle, Rafael Nadal has been beaten...if he doesnt, seriously.... shame on him..

I don't see why the removal of Nadal should automatically help Andy should he make the SF.  There are other hungry players out there and Andy has more hard matches to play even to get that far.  Ultimately it all boils down to physical and mental toughness and how much of both he still has left in the tank if he gets that far.
