Andrew Murray didn't show up to the Coaching event. His mother Judy was there but Andy was at home on doctors orders. I'm sure he'll be fine in a week or so. Bound to pull out of Glasgow. They will just be delaying so as not to discourage people from going.

Interesting article that seems to contradict others

From the evening news (not sure where)

http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/hi/news/5050647.html

"All the youngsters were very excited to meet Andy."

I thought he was not going to it on doctors orders !!!!????

Evening Times is the Glasgow evening paper looks like they had their story printed with out attending the event
Sorry about the mess mark I'm a bit confused with the new layout plus I have a new computer and I'm not very technically minded.

Do you think, even if Andy doesn't play, he'll still show up to watch?  Just thinking of the card Mandy is gonna give him and whether he'd get it or not?   confused Its not an important issue but I thought I'd just put it out there.

Yes Amy it concerns me too. You see I am a person who really really worships his sporting idols and this is a great chance for me to have some sort of interaction. Cause I may never even get to see any of these players face to face. So I'll be really disappointed if Andy does not turn up at least.

That said I am sure Andy will play.

I think he'll be stuck in bed the rest of the week. Swollen glands are hard to get rid of. Just depends on the person. We shall find out in due course. Apparently it;s today we find out if he;s playing anyway.

BBC have confirmed that Murray took part in a practice session with the Davis Cup team today , but no final decision will be taken until thursday now, if Murray is not deemed fit then he will be dropped. Heres hoping hes fit enough  [-o<

I think Andy'll be pretty gutted if he has to be dropped. It looks like he's trying so hard to convince everyone he'll be alright even though he's feeling rotten.

Even though I have my tickets and would love to see Andy play I hope he listens to Henman's advice. I mean I would hate to see Andy's Clay court season and maybe even his grass court season ruined by one Davis Cop tie. Not worth it. I know it's be disappointing Andy, for both the fans and yourself but both would be more dissapointed if your ranking suffered as a result.
