Nah......He surely won't play Aileen! If he did, he'd also lose credibility with those people he apologised to today as well!

I read that Andy said in the press conference that he was going to Paris tomorrow so I highly doubt he's playing doubles.

At least that sounds optimistic.

Just came on here to see how Andy got on, as I had to take my Mum to the Doctors. My heart skipped a beat when I read the headline Murray pulls out of Basle. Was so looking forward to watching Andy from tomorrow, disappointed.  Really bad luck for Andy hope he recovers soon and will be fine for Paris!

How about a group prayer for Niemenen.    Lost the first set but 4-1 up in the second and serving.

Really worrying if it's a form of sciatica, i had that a few years ago. Best way of describing it is that it's like a permanent leg cramp (multiplied by 100)!, I was off work for 6 weeks til the anti inflammatories sorted it. Couldn't move off my couch because of the pain. Great that he went out onto court to talk to the crowd, as well as being a nice gesture it also means that the injury isn't as bad as it might have been. Here's hoping he doesn't lose the momentum he has worked hard to create in the past few weeks.

Keep praying mcenroeforever.    He's got the second set 6 - 4.    Throw one in for Giraldo against

Stepanek.    Let's get Andy's enemies!!!!   Disappointment has made me nasty.

it happened in his sleep - it was a freak accident.
He must be one heck of a restless sleeper!
I'm enjoying the sarcasm guys - we all know there's something else people do in bed other than sleeping that is more likely to cause injury, right?

Roger has dropped a set....to Niemenan,
Pity, this tournament had Murrays fingers all over it.
But the next 2 are more important.
Lets see if his great form continues & builds, injury permitting, for the rest of the year in much more important contests.

You never know, but I'm thinking since he's probably in better shape than any of us he will get over it sooner rather than later. (not to mention on the spot physio).  I've had it too, remember thinking if I could hang upside down by my knees it would work itself out, being as it felt like something was jarred. Eventually a couple of swimming sessions seemed to make mine better.
