Maybe this is a good omen who knows. Nadal has pulled out of Parris. If both Federer and Nole make the final in Basel, then there's a chance either of them pulling out of Paris as well if not both.
Anyway, I'd like Andy to get properly ready for the WTF and try winning that title kicking some serious ass if possible. Sounds like a tall order I know but it's perfectly doable given his recent form. Last year he had a couple of bad losses especially the one to Nadal in the semi and gave away all the confidence to Nadal, who then had a series of big wins over Andy this year. Andy almost started a trend there. So it's very important that he doesn't lose to either Nole or Nadal. As to the old geek, unlikely that he'll make it all the GS semis next year. Still, he's just as much a threat.

Yes , I agree. Also has he got a new coach now.
Unfortunately, Nadal has been winning for many years no one likes to be 2nd or 3rd fiddle !!!
I hope Andy is sensible and also saves himself for London although he may wish some match practice before then. He will be sensible thinking of Aussie in the New Year
