Lovely to read these positive messages from newcomers to MW. I'm keeping my fingers crossed too that the change in Andy's attitude is permanent. However, without wanting to be a downer, I do remember the same happened I think a couple of years ago when all the comms were saying how he seemed to have grown up, was much calmer etc and then he somehow seemed to lose it again. But the good thing is that he himself has been talking about the importance of his mental attitude this time and has acknowledged the problems he's had with that in the past. If he really has got that cracked then I don't think anything should hold him back.
