^Sorry but this is a automated service.
Unfortunately, Robbie is out of the country at this precise moment and won't be contactable in the foreseeable future...
Many thanks for your concern.

Having watched both these matches, I am now fairly optimistic that Andy can defeat the Joker for the second time this year.  Just a pity he didn't manage to do it when it really, really mattered.

He would have probably lost in that final.
At the next AO i think it will be different however.
Andy's development has been slow but inevitable, and the other players can feel it. Particularly Mr Djokovic. Of whom he feels no sense of inferiority.
Andy is perhaps the best 3 set hardcourt player ever, or at least one of them, and i believe if there is no nonsense, he'll come through tomorrow.
Even with a bit of a slow start after the lack of match play he should do it in 3. Otherwise in straight sets.
After all Andy is the next number one in waiting is he not?

I'm still puzzling over the Andy's next tournament comments.

It can't be the Davis Cup or Houston as their fields have been confirmed. That leaves Casablanca (unlikely), a challenger (unrealistic) or not playing Monte Carlo (not sure why he wouldn't though. Defending semi-final spot is he not?)

Or else he's just pulling our leg / been fed duff info.

Think

Andy confirmed as playing MC, so I don't think that he'll pull out??????

No I wouldn't have thought so. I can't for the life of me see him going to Morocco. So therefore MC will (well, should) be his next tournament.

Oh he's going back to Barcelona this year? Hasn't played there since 2008 I don't think? Should be a good marker to see how he does on the clay against the lower ranked guys (assuming Nadal's the only other top 4 player playing there).

Has he ever won a match there? Obviously much improved there since 4 years ago though so will hopefully be able to do well there and get some good ranking points.

Just hope he doesn't overwork himself by playing in too many tournaments. That'll be 4 tournaments in, what, 6 weeks going into the French Open?

Andy was scheduled to play in Barcelona last year but had to pull out because of elbow injury sustained at MC, so I don't think I'd worry about it being too much for him. Also I'm sure Lendl will see to it that he paces himself as far as tournaments are concerned.
