Glad to hear you'll be cheering for Scotland!  We've got a crap football team so need some sporting heroes.  lol

I'm really hoping I can go and see the matches, I've never seen a live tennis match before just on TV, the atmosphere must be electric.  I'll need to try and make up a Murraysworld t-shirt for Andy to sign.

Andy Murray will face Davis Cup doubles partner Greg Rusedski in singles action next month as Scotland take on England in the inaugural Aberdeen Cup.

The event will be staged at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre on November 26 and 27.

Murray said:
To play for a Scotland team on my home turf against an England team containing the likes of Greg Rusedski is a great opportunity.

To have the chance to play alongside my brother will make it a particularly special occasion and I'm sure the people of Aberdeen will make it an event to remember.

Rusedski siad:
Andy Murray is one of the most exciting young talents on the world stage and I shall be relishing the prospect of facing him in a competitive environment.
