Hmm I could've sworn I remember you saying that but quite possible I got you confused with another poster. Will have a look now to see if I can find the posts.
Edit: Had a brief look but can't see anything. Fair enough, I retract my statement... for now.

I wouldn't want Federer in the final even in my wildest dream. I want him gone. I think you are referring to my post where I said that the only other scenario where I'd prefer Federer (if he were to make the final) to win the title if he were to face someone who has yet to win a Slam, (Tsonga for instance) and that's only because I don't want anyone else to win a Slam before Andy. In that situation, I'd be left with no other choice but to support Federer.
See, we are talking about Andy winning his first Grand Slam and that's the main goal here. Revenge is not the factor and Andy should never lose sights of things. This is the reason why I prefer Lendl so much, because he's such a level headed person and doesn't have the tendency to get carried away with the revenge stuff. As he said, the main goal is to win 7 matches and that's how Andy should see things. Because if you ask him if he'd be able to win a GS, he'd probably say "I hope so" but if you ask him, if he'd be able to win 7 matches in a row then he would say "yes". You can't get into the revenge mode already when you have yet to win a Slam. That would be really silly.
