Touch the sky - and touch it he did.

So assuming we don't have a repeat of last year I'll see Andy play Friday and fingers crossed in SF Sunday. If he's playing wed night might see if can get last minute ticket as will be in London though I've read most sessions are now sold out.

Andy should win vs Tsonga I agree.
VS Nole, I give it 60/40 Andy.
VS Berdych, 55/45 Andy.
I would sat 45/55 vs Djokovic and 60/40 vs Berdych but that's just me. What's the H2H on hard courts out of interest (and also the indoor H2H might be interesting too).

.... No 1-3-5-7, and No.2 4 6 8.... looking at it that way it doesn't seem "random"!

These are the top 8 players in the world, so any permutation would be tough. Murray should beat Tsonga. Berdych and Djokovic are 50/50 propositions.
Hes not going to lose to birdshit in the first match of the tournament. He'l be too fired up. I suspect a straight sets demolition ala Soderling in 2010.

He better make it to the final, as I've got tickets only for the final. I think he's in the tougher side of the draw. I would expect him to get at least two wins v any three from Federer, Del Potro, Ferrer, and Tipsarevic. I expect Andy to beat Tsonga, but he can be inspired. At his best he beats Berdych, and vs Djokovic is anyone's guess.

The draw for the World Tour Final's in London was made today. The season ending event starts a round-robing tournament with the 8 qualifying players split into two groups. The top two players from each group go through to the semi-finals.
Murray will play Berdych in the opening singles match on Monday.
Group A
Djokovic Murray Berdych Tsonga
Group B
Federer Ferrer Del Potro Tipsarevic
Well that's a bit of a bugger! I hope you have better luck than I have with live Murray matches. Watched 4, seen him lose 4.
And so is that Time to break that streak! I've seen him 3 times and he's won on all 3 occasions

Do we know if Murray will play afternoon or evening on the Friday? Last year I guessed he would be afternoon but ended up with Tipsy playing Djoke after Andy pulled out. I have seen Djoke play twice and he has never won yet (WTF & Olympics) and still waiting to get a ticket to see Andy. Hoping for Friday afternoon again against Djoke. Any chance?

Courage doesn't always roar

I'm not going, but I'll sit there in my living room watching the matches and trying not to choke on the tube of Pringles I'm planning to eat through the week. If things get tense on Monday the aforementioned Pringles might not survive day one lol.
Isn't Andy pretty level with Berdych in their hard court head to head? Something tells me before the USO they were 2 all on hard. If that is so and I haven't lost the plot, their hard head to head is 3-2 in Andy's favour.

Playing the sympathy card, eh? You should change your sig to 'Jinx.' But still... And what is this round robing you speak of?
