This area allows staff, or those who have reached 'Trusted Status' level, to make changes that will effect the frontpage of the MurraysWorld website.

Match Alert: Please update this section when you know the day Murray is playing, then please later update it when the time is known. After you've set it, please go to the home page to make sure it displays on one line, not two.

Tournament Info: Please update this with Murray's next tournament once Murray is no longer playing in his current event.

H tags:  Some of the posts contain [ h ] tags around the content. These tags are hiding the content, when you want to reveal the message and update it then please remove these tags. When placing [ h ] tags around an entire post, click 'Edit', do not use the 'Quick Edit' function as that will not work for this.

Topic links: For topic links, please end the URL with this: /new/#new

Midnight confusion: Today is Saturday, a match is on tonight at midnight.  If possible, always say "12 midnight tonight". If it's too early for that format, then say, "Saturday, 23:59PM" or "Saturday, 24:00".

Timezone: British Summer Time (BST) starts on the last Sunday in March and ends on the last Sunday in October, at 1.00 am Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

Can I just ask... When the OOP is just a PDF then please can you either link to the page that allows you to access the PDFs or don't include an OOP at all. I say this because once you've put up the PDF link, the next day it's worthless and could confuse people.

The OOP on the PDF changes daily as far as I can remember. So it's the same link for the whole tournament.

It seems the majority of new visitors who come to read our match alerts are from countries other than the UK. Therefore, from now on we will specify the timezone, example: "8:30am GMT (UK time)".

Then we say BST instead of GMT. I've added a little timezone reminder in the first post to help those who want to update the alerts:
