Chris really must not know how patronising she is. I hoped that she intentionally patronises me but now I'm really concerned if she is unaware of it.

I just couldn't be bothered arguing anyo more. Don't make the mistake to think you're right, because i don't believe you are. I'm sorry, but i find your style of arguing very shallow and argumentative with no substance, e.g. where you picked up on the first word of my post earlier "why". My main point was always that the backwards-forwards between you and mark has been getting really tiresome, although of course you're entitled to do what you want. Another point i wanted to make was that you bring in far too much the fact that mark is admin - noone else does, why do you.
Half of your idiotic answers to own earlier post i can't be bothered answering, but for example all your comments about how you have never commented on the technical and content parts of marks work for this site have got absolutely no relevance to this discussion.

Finally i'd like to say that some of your 'trying to be humorous' comments are too contrived to work properly, and you'd be better off without making them.

Oh my god..... because it's such a big CONCERN to have mark. Who cares, if the mild banter annoys you THAT much, don't reply. Chris is clearly having a great time winding you up and you have to keep trying to get the morale high ground. You are so pernickety it's unreal.

And really concerned whether someone knows they are patronising or not? Give over mate, seriously...... lmao

Why did you bring them up then? Not taking sides, just pointing out the obvious question. lol

Yamor, I appreciate you bringing up the whole admin business. I have said this so many times, I don't really run this community, I basically deal with the technical side. I choose not to run this community or be seen to be running this community so that I have the freedom to express myself. This forum software automatically gave me an admin badge but I removed that a long time ago so people wouldn't see me as the owner whenever I post an opinion.

If Chris wants to interpret my posts in a different manner just because I'm technically the administrator then that's her problem.

I was explaining why her bringing up marks admin duties is almost always irrelevant. Whats wrong with that?

You say how concerned you are, but you are not concerned at all was my point. I.e. stop talking boll**ks.
I don't think we're understanding each other right now.

My point was that Chris seems to always severely patronise me when we have a misunderstanding. For example, she'll say something like "Oh Mark, you really are not following today are you?" and then follow it up with something demeaning. Now I always assumed that she said those things to wind me up but now I'm starting to see that she genuinely doesn't know she is being patronising which does worry me a bit.

But you brought up his duties (ie. the technical duties) and she then said "I have never commented on specifics" and you then said it was irrelevant, Yet you brought that particular aspect up.

As for whether Mark being the admin "technically" - of course it is relevant, that is the whole point of her argument, hence it is relevant. Just because it means nothing to you, does not mean that it must mean nothing to someone else. Chris clearly views Mark as the administrator and feels he should not get as involved as he does. Mark has explained how he likes to get involved and so tries to distance himself from the "admin" role. Totally relevant.

I'll say you're confused ...... just a little.  I can hardly type, I'm laughing so hard.
Again, you're totally not making any sense right now. Please continue to laugh out loud.

again with the boll**ks. Stop talking in code. "It worries me". People don't get worried about people they don't like or get on with.

You are making yourself look quite silly. lol

And this I believe is why Chris is laughing at you.

Isn't that a bit like saying the Government is irrelevant and we shouldn't talk about what they say/do ?

No, not at all. I was explaining my remark that you bringing in mark's admin duties was irrelevant cyn saying that his admin duties were more technical and content, and therefore you continuously mentioning that he's admin has never got any relevance. If you can't understand that... Rolling Eyes
