Tough times, I used to do 13 hours at the bookies like once a month or so.  Proper drains you.

I have a really sore knee!  I used to get it alot when I was a teenager, its like a dull aching pain and hurts so bad.  Used to get it at night and I could never sleep unless I took pain killers.  My left knee did it two days ago and now the right it doing it.  I used to think it was growing pains but surely being 22 they shouldn't be happening now, so god knows what it is.  Not had it for ages though Think

Thats true enough, I feel so old sometimes because my body can't handle it. But I've had these pains on and off since I was 13 so I don't know why they've come back to me now.

I feel completely knackered.

Had to go to a stupid NVQ course all this morning Frown

Driving lesson at 8:30 tommorow morning, work 12-6, then work on Saturday 9am until finish! Then Sunday 8am till finish. I'm gunna keel over any second.

Food and Drink, Hygiene, and a First Aid Course. My work are paying for me to do it.

Awesome, I want to do first aid but I costs loads.  I have a basic food hygiene thing I did in school lol
