I do too Dianne, though I'm not too bad once we're up! It's the 'gettin' up an' comin' doon' that I don't like!  nervous Just try to relax and enjoy it! Take a good book and treat yourself to a wee bit duty free and you'll be fine!  hug
Ha-ha ... I'm such a coward the last time I was on a plane was in 1972!  Although in fairness to myself I have a dodgy left eardrum which means my ear can't adjust to the changes in pressure and it's b****y agony!

I feel good as I have a job interview next week Very Happy
Good luck from me too!

Again, I feel very relieved and proud of myself.
31 out of 42 people failed in chemistry and I'm not one of the failures. Very Happy

No surprise there Sabine.  You're one very bright girl.  Well done! hug

Nope, that was a physics test which I didn't end up writing at all. yay

Jesus christ.

I know. It was horrible when she read out the marks. I was counting how many people passed and my bloody paper went missing so didn't know my marks for a while. I was in the borderline of passing or failing so was very scared. Ended up getting a 32 out of 50. Not bad. Wink

I'm constantly surprised by other countries' grading systems. A 32 out of 50 would be a 64 - a solid D in America. lol

lol

Here, it's just pass or fail. No grading system at all.
And the pass mark is obviously 25.

We had no A, etc, grading either when I was at school.  The pass mark in exams was always 50, so anything below that, even 49, was a definite "fail", although officially 50-60 was considered to be fairly good, 60-75 good, 75+ very good unless you were lucky enough to fall into the 'excellent' category of 90+ (which I never did!)
