Okay now I'm going to make some of you roll your eyes and detest me but I seriously need to put weight on  Lost over 3/4 of a stone lately and that' put me down to 8 stone which has me almost being underweight Just have no real appetite or when I do I don't eat that much. Still eating enough and a ton of biscuits, cakes, bread, meat and veg etc but not putting it back on. Any ideas anyone? |
