For an umbrella it's a lot. I wish you much rain...  Well ........... as it so happened ............ it's been doing its thing here ........catz and dogz, so my new accessory got a workout. Good news , it doesn't leak !! I also bought some goodies for the new baby in my life - went to have a look at him today ...... sooooooooo cute!  |

Oh my Jan ........... you're making my day to day activities look pretty hummmm drummmmm ......<giggle>.
You must really like Pilates then ......... keep us posted - maybe it's something I should think about and I'd like to know how you get on ..........
Do I like it? Well I got on better yesterday and it certainly is a good form of exercise for someone of my age as you vcan take it a stage at a time so I went for it. I'm doing it for my health so it has to hurt!! (multi-giggles) The G & T which follows when I get home is for my well-being!  and to help me relax of course!  |

Uh sorry yeah- no I want to know if jans pilates sessions are "small" One hour in length - fun but hard - even the first stage which the physio tell me to do but I really want to be back to my old ability to walk 2 miles easily - so used to doing that over the years but now I need to sit every few hundred yards because thinning disks inflame things in my spine.

Yes I have been there but it was slightly against my will, what gets me is when you've been doing the same exercise for like 10 mind and then they're like, 8 more on each side and you just think, I'm going to die if you make me do ANY more of this crap! |
