I'll probably end up wearing flats because the last time I wore heels to an interview I was nervous and my feet kept slipping out of my shoe so I couldn't walk proper.

I don't think you can use the Wii as your only fitness tool.  A few people I know highly recommend the yoga though. I have been away and then very ill so gym for the first time in 3 weeks today, going to be bad.  |

Paid for Wii Sports resort and an extra sensor at the weekend , ended playing it all Saturday and Sunday so the muscles in my arms a bit sore and stiff today. The sensor works really well and makes the golf playable. |
