I hope you brush your teeth 'immediately' after your lemon.....or they'll all drop out! w00t
I do that have concern but I do dilute the lemon with drink so hopefully that makes it safe Very Happy

On another health related note, I've just replaced sugar with honey in my diet cmon yeah

If I can make the lemon palatable, then I can't imagine it being damaging to your teeth at the start of the day. If I was having it before bed, then that could be a problem.

It's one of the 'Superfoods'!
I have 3 superfoods daily: Lemon, Honey and Brocolli cmon yeah

mark, Caz is right, my son was told by his dentist to avoid citrus fruit as it erodes the enamel on your teeth. If you carry on drinking lemon juice first thing, good idea to have something milky afterwards or rinse your mouth etc.
Should be an emoticon of a mother hen clucking at this point.... Whistle

Pure lemon is for sure, I don't deny that Smile

I agreed with Caz that that it can erode your teeth but felt the amount of dilution I have might prevent it.

Interesting you say milk afterwards is good - so I should simply reverse my routine to be Lemon and then Cereal. Simple fix Smile

I just received my 2012 calender, I ordered it from vistaprint, as this year I could not find a Andy Murray 2012 calendar anywhere online only desktop calendars and I wanted a wall calendar. I just uploaded my own Andy pictures, I also got one for my Mum.  hug

Amazon do tennis calendars, but Fed's mug is on it and there in no way that I want to look at that when I'm in the kitchen cooking.
