I never had a credit card too.. I'm the only one in the house who doesn't have LOL.. Maybe in the future but for now, I don't find it too necessary to have one

lol I've heard of having a high maintenance partner, but never friends lol. Mind you, now that I think about it..... some people are just High Maintenance altogether! Maybe you just got unlucky and landed with several?

Examples?

I have so many examples it's unreal!

I was really ill with flu last week, and my friends will not talk to me because I wasn't well enough to go out for one of their 18th birthdays. Like called me all sorts of names, selfish, a ****, etc etc...

And they expect me to be there at their beckoning call every minute!

...And on top of all that the bloody Olympics is really ticking me off. 3 billion so far, THREE BILLION - for a two week sporting event. Where was this money to help the homeless, to stop schools shutting down, to open up new hospital beds.  bull**** politicians. Get on my nerves.

I'm going mad trying to find a pair of trousers for work...

My current ones are 34S from John Lewis.... so how is it that 34S from Next feels like 30S and how is it that 34S at M&S feels really tight around the legs and seems much shorter in length.

I so can't be bothered going to Oxford Circus just to buy trousers from the same shop again Crying or Very sad

Can't you just go up a size or two from Next and see if they fit?

By and large, cheaper clothes use less fabric and are never sized correctly; more expensive clothes use more fabric and are sized correctly.  Does that not feel better now !  In other words, stop being so cheap and buy proper clothes.

Daisy's right.  I can be a whole dress size different, depending on the make, style and cut of the clothes.  Cut the label off - that's what I do  lol

Yeah but no need to suggest I'm a cheap ass, I just bought these from M&S for £40 which is a lot for a guy to spend on clothes. I'll be returning them tomorrow and will try 36S.

That's interesting - M & S must be going even farther down the tube than I thought .... their clothes used to be sized fairly acurately.  Bet they're all made in China ..... lol

I wasn't SUGGESTING you are a cheap ass, I was SAYING you were a cheap ass ....... maybe I was wrong ............

Why dont you just bite the bullet and get your trousers made ?

Why do you assume M&S are wrong?

My previous pair were from John Lewis and they were £20 I think, so if anything, they got it wrong.

I'm not assuming M & S are wrong, I'm saying that they never used to be even close to wrong - they always got it right.  You know, one other thing to consider, sometimes, the wrong size label has been applied.  You could always get an inch tape out and do some measuring ???

But M&S may have not got it even close to wrong, they may have got it perfect...
