Not that mainly, the fact that Janowicz vs Haas, who is the sixth seed, is on the outside court with no cameras. Absolute travesty. Juan should also be in the evening match instead of sisling.
That's a shame because the Janowicz match should be a good one.

@Aileen-Jerry was kept in overnight as his mouth was very sore and he was drooling a lot. Have him home today but he is still not eating much. He has medication for the pain which is making him sleepy. He only has his fangs now poor cat I have left him in my bedroom so the other animals don't annoy him.

I have every sympathy for Jerry.  I know our teeth are bigger than those of cats, but having just one out is misery.  You're right to keep him as quiet as possible until he gets over the worst of this.

My Millie sends a message saying your Lulu should milk it for all she is worth. Best chicken, top spot on the sofa, cuddles on demand. Get the humans's trained whilst they are vulnerable (she has picked up bad habits from the cat):-)
lmao Lulu says to tell Millie not to worry.....she lives with two cats, so she's already an old hand at that game!  Wink

Thanks Aileen and Caz he's a bit better today. It's funny we had steak for dinner last night so I sat a chewed bits of the meat (small pieces) for him and he managed to eat it. I had bought fish for him he sniffed it and walked away. A fussy wee shite so today it will be chicken (he is spoiled rotten) Better fed than some poor kids are fed. But we have had him since he was a kitten and we love him very much.

Have you tried Whiskas cat milk  mixed with a little bottled water to stimulate your cats appetite?  Its the fluids that are important Get that right and the appetite returns ask any vet
Good luck I'm sure your beloved pet will start eating you out of house and home soon

Hey Caz and folks.. just wanted to say sorry for probably coming across as incredibly insensitive by the couple of posts I sent on my hols. Frown I didn't get a chance to read what was going on with your precious pets.. internet connection really bad. Glad to see things on the up now.

Bit worried about our Benji. He hasn't been eating while we've been away, and is listless and sad. Hopefully lots of tlc will be the best medicine for him.
Our son is also skinnier.. despite my leaving tons of food for him.

Also met my neighbour last night.. their 25 year old son had a stroke!!! Can't believe it. The hospital sent him home, then called the next day to tell them to bring him in immediately. He's been in for 3 weeks, and gets home today.

On a lighter note.. it's really weird to go from 28 deg.C to -10 deg C within a few hours. One minute factor 30 sunscreen.. next minute shovelling snow in the driveway. Very Happy

Its warmer were you are Linda it is really cold here at the moment. It's only 2C today and a real cold north wind. We had some snow yesterday and we may get more over the weekend. At least we are not getting heavy rain like the S.E and S.W. of England. Hope you had a nice holiday.

Just watching Lizzy Yarnold annihilate all opposition in the women's skeleton in Sochi. She recorded a record breaking time around the track and is now 2 seconds ahead of favourite for gold German Anja Huber. Brilliant for the Brits.

When my Buzz was recovering from an argument the vet recommended tinned pilchards - soft and smelly.  She also never turns down tinned tuna.

Typical!  My friend's two are exactly the same, only he's convinced they do it to wind him up.  Of course they do eat after giving him a few disdainful looks because they're hungry, especially as they get no extras between meals, just the occasional treat.  The one thing they won't touch though is beef in any shape or form.  I bought a quantity of cat food online recently from a company specialising in pet foods because it was on a generous special offer.  There's no additives in their products, and it says on the tins "fit for human consumption", so the cats had better watch out!

Hi Linda! wave  Nice to have you back again, and looking forward to the pics!

I'm sure Benji will be fine now that you're home.

Worrying news about your neighbour's son, but it's alarming these days just how many young, healthy adults are suffering from heart attacks, many of which have been fatal. Frown   Hope he makes a full recovery.

Just got back from Sochi. Went there mainly to support our ice-hockey team which is the number one sport where I'm from and it was an amazing experience overall. Seen loads of quality stuff such as snowboarding, ski jumping etc. Shame it only got to be for few days.

I'm glad you had such a good time, even if it was a short one.  Got any pics you'd like to post? Smile
