I need some new polo shirts, trip to the shops is in order when I'm back down in Glasgow.

I hope my flat doesn't get messy in two days again, this is why I don't live with people - I can't handle the mess so I always end up tidying it all up so then they never bother!!!

Lyle & Scott polo shirts are fit
I believe they are Scottish too.

Heard of Lyle and Scott, but won't they be like 60 quid a pop? A bit out of my price range.

Do you like the ones without the buttons?

No, I like the buttons definitely, the one above is something I imagine myself wearing when I'm on the golf course in my late 40s.

I just dislike polo shirts full stop ... you just have to be the right shape or size or something to be able to wear them well.
Do you play golf now?

Without blowing my trumpet, I do think it's an item of clothing that suits me, think Julia has said that before too, but perhaps that was just the 'does my bum look big in this?' role in reverse?
I play it very rarely, but I'll take it up once I'm earning my own keep.

Well, I'd have to agree. Some guys look very cute in a polo shirt and others look just terrible! For instance - Rusedski falls into the latter category ... just awful.
I can see you now .... living in suburbia, driving a Beamer - or maybe a Lexus - cute cute wife and 2.4 children ....

If I buy one of those Lyle & Scott ones, I will do - think I'm going to treat myself when I get my tax rebate.

Nah Andrew you are definitely a polo shirt man, it complements your wide shoulders and arms.
Are you still wearing that grey cardi that I forced you into buying? It was well nice.
