Try pulling your punts up with a broken shoulder.  No leverage in the one punt hand.  I did this thing with the other hand, which usually saw the gusset round my rear end.  Easier just to go bare arsed!
Aahh.. sorry. For a minute, I thought you had a pervy Ortho. lmao

Well a couple of months ago one of their customer service team gave me a data test drive thing, which basically made it so I had 3 months unlimited data. Got a text from my bank this morning saying I was 209 pounds overdrawn, which worried me especially since I don't have an arranged overdraft on my account and knew I'd just get spanked with overdraft charges. I Checked my statement and saw it was Vodafone  that had charged me that, so I was right on to their customer services. Turns out that there'd been an error when they added the test drive to my account, something to do with them adding it manually, and therefore the data I was using was still being charged. They said they'd refund the full amount that they shouldn't have charged me, plus a 10 goodwill gesture (tight bastards) but the refund would take up to 7 working days... of course with me being in un arranged overdraft I knew I'd still be charged so I called the bank as soon as I'd finished talking to Vodafone, they said they'd reverse the charge from Vodafone and said  to me just pay the correct bill amount when the charge is reversed. So I have a feeling I could end up 187 quid better off now considering Vodafone are refunding me, AND my bank reversed the charges, but that doesn't feel right, having money I shouldn't have, so if it does end up that way, I'll get in touch with vodafone and tell them that the charge was reversed and I technically have their money (from the refund), and see what they say.

So yep, a stressful afternoon which I think I dealed quite well with given I have a few learning difficulties, and usually deal with those kinda situations poorly.

Oh my gosh - this makes me so mad.  These people call you up out of the blue and just force themselves into your life, and before you know it you're agreeing to all sorts, as they make it sound like such a good deal.  Does sound as if you may end up better off, but it's not the point, as you have had to deal with the stress of sorting it out, and that's what we can all do without.

Good on you!

I did ask them for the test drive, as 500mb data is not enough for me.... it's the fact that they botched it and forgot to properly add it to my account, meaning the data was still being charged (even though it shouldn't have) and I was left in shock today!
