Just came home from my get-out-there-and-do-something college (vocational) Creative Writing course.
Need to reawaken the writer in me that used to be.

Good stuff.

Went to dentist for 2 fillings, and just finished batting down the hatches for remnants of Frankenstorm Sandy heading our way.

I am so thankful I got the salty gene and not the sugar/choccie gene. Very Happy
Can you get Nairn choccy chip biccies in milk chocolate so I can order them for my hubbster? (He's the one with the Brit Choc gene.)

Not sure Linda - Let me look at the box  search  mixed berries, fruit and spice and stem ginger.

Baked in Scotland is says too and they imported them specially.  Bet I paid twice as much also - about £2.50 I'm guessing.  Very tasty though. Little tongue man

1.... Got up too early for Andy's match by mistake because we changed our clocks on Sunday, and I'm still a little disoriented  doh

2....Stuck the kettle on for my hubbster's cuppa, and then remembered he's fasting for (routine) bloodwork and flu-shot.

3...Sacrificed my coffee/eggs because felt bad for hubbster's fasting. He didn't mind, it was just me.

4...Drank/ate coffee/eggs when hubbster left.

5...Started watching Andy's match. 1st set was awesome. Set PVR to record.

6...Woke son to get out of bed for Uni.

7...Left for my fitness class.

8...Came home to watch 2nd set on PVR.

9...Left to drive to Toronto for another tedious hospital appt.

10...Did a major detour on way home to pick up a MUST-HAVE game for my son.

11...Drove on the highway at some considerable speed behind a ****** without brake lights, until I overtook him and left him in my wake.

12..Arrived home and started supper.

13...Watched the rest of Andy's match. but Proud Of Him!

14...Prepared packed lunches for hubbster & son for tomorrow.

15...Hubbster came home and we ate supper, Corrie & Survivor together.

16.. My whole household home now.

In the words of The Beatles.."It's Just Another Day."

Was that must have game Halo 4?  Hopefully my son has bought it as a treat for end of uni exams and he'll bring it down for me to have a go lol

Just downloaded The Legend Spreads as my ringtone.  Also downloaded Carol of the Bells for my Christmas ringtone.  And downloaded a selection of Star Wars noises as my text notification (can't decide which to chose).  Oh, went to work and did my stuff there too Very Happy  Now avoiding Coro, so may do a few km on the exercycle flex

Also, do you find the flu jabs worthwhile?  Working for a natural health co, that's a naughty lol

Nah.. my son is the Master of the obscure in gaming. It was some DS game that is difficult to get (of course  Rolling Eyes) Etrian Odyssey III.

It  would be very, very bad for me to get the flu. I've been getting the shots for 18 years. In that entire time, I think I've had flu-like symptoms maybe 2 or 3 times, but never outright flu.
