Nope, has scenes of Electroconvulsive therapy and lobotomy.

(having said that I have never watch Patch Adams, so it might be true for both)

10 strangers are in a motel in the middle of nowhere. A couple pull up in a car outside, the wife has been injured in a car accident. They have a young child with them.

The extremely gifted hacker sits at a computer and is being forced to hack into something whilst having a gun pointed at his head. He is receiving, what appears to be, exceptional oral sex from a women underneath the table. While this is happening, he tries to stay focused because time is running out.

(I wonder if Mark recollects parts of films that are not of a  pornographic nature?)

A chef cuts through a wet suit with a scalpel in a make shift operating theatre set up in the galley of a deep sea trailer, he then starts to remove bullets from the patients back dropping them into a stainless steel kidney dish.
