Perhaps, I visit the site every day if I'm at a computer, and this takes less effort than writing news articles

I'm not too bothered about a rota. Maybe whoever notices the next days OOP first then posts saying that the next thread for predictions will be up in the next 5 or so minutes, and do the same for the counting of the scores.
