Andrew, how many points get if someone's 'bank' wins, but not with the right number of sets.
i.e. Mark banking Murray in 3 - presuming Murray wins in 5, how many points does he get? I'm going with 2, double what he'd get for correct winner but not sets?

So much for going to bed about an hour ago
Wanted to see how Andy fared and then saw that Ferrer almost had it wrapped up and of course then it made sense to do this before sleeping
