Your intentions of helping out are appreciated.

The rule is to prevent the potential for messy situations. If other people start doing it then the comeptitors may get confused. People will make mistakes and arguments will happen. It's much simplier and clearer with having staff do it rather than members having to look at unofficial and official results.

This rule is a good idea, just have to accept it.

I don't make mistakes. THere is no confusion. There is no such thing as official and unoffical results. I posted in te same style. Bar te last post not having colour over the points names.

Also. I just received this PM from Rafa

After i said what i said in my previous post.

I replied pointing out that set styles were no different from my own. Ok this time, rafa put colours over the points scorers. Mine did not look awful. Before, all people have done was put colour over the leader. Or in some cases not at all. If anyone bar staff has any problems understading my points summary please let me know.

My comment regarding mistakes is not referring to you specifically. The sitation gets messy with other people join in and do it also.

Yes there is.

Results posted by non-staff members are not official. RTR is organised by the staff.

In all seriousness though I wouldn't do anything with RTR if i wasn't confident i would get it right. I am certain everyone else is the same. They will not post up scores unless they know what they are doing.

Official and Unofficial is like the SFA telling us their new manager. WE all knew it was mcleish unofficially, but we didn;t find out officially til yesterday mornings press conference.

Tennis results don't change, the scores in RTR are fixed bar anyone cheating, which is impossbile unless u r staff and able to edit scores anyway. Hence, as soon as a tennis result becomes official, the RTR scores are set.

Why not, I can post what i like. I;m not revealing private information. In future you should post arguments in teh relevant topics. You only sent me a PM because you knew u had a crap argument. Especially about my posts being crap.

It all comes down to this elitism that exists. Where the staff do what they want. And cate in particular not wanting to share the responsibilites. Am i treading on your toes sweetie?

A private message is meant for recipient's eyes only. Out of respect to that person's privacy it would be best not posting up their messages.

She sent you a PM to advise you not to post the scores up in future for the exact reason why the rule has just been introduced. The argument for the rule itself is very acceptable.

I put this rule into place > the staff run this competition > the staff enforce the rule. It's pretty basic really.

She shares the responsibilities with the other organisers and she is very happy to do so considering for one person to organise this tournament would be pretty damn hard.

It;s not low to post relevant arguments. Apologies for the format of doing so.
